Move Planning

HTS will conduct department interviews to develop a move sequence analysis. HTS will coordinate the development and execution of a move company RFP. HTS will work with your team to understand the current building logistics and special issue(s) related to moving. We will complete a walk through of the building to identify any issues related to the move to be considered and/or included in the RFP. HTS will work collaboratively with your team to develop patient and department move manuals including checklists and move activities. HTS will use our FreightTrain tools to assist the end users understand their space to ensure a safe patient move.

Evaluation of move strategies, assumptions and schedules will be complete to successfully identify and award a move company.
