Critical Task Identification and Schedule Development
HTS will work with your staff to obtain critical task information including review of key documents, policies and interviews with key stakeholders. The review and interviews will result in a comprehensive list of activities to be complete prior to patient move. HTS will work with you to identify the timelines, schedules and critical stakeholders required to execute these tasks and the resources necessary to complete the activities.
A comprehensive list will be developed and will include tasks assigned to each department and/or committee along with an owner(s), team(s) and timelines.
Corresponding implementation plans and reports will be developed and implemented based on the information obtained from the interviews.
Critical Path Schedules (CPS) will be developed from the Critical Tasks. *See sample schedule.
Presentation of findings and recommendations reported to various committees as required.
Ongoing evaluations will be complete to determine which critical tasks require additional attention, resources and/or support. Recommendations for new strategies and/or reprioritizing critical tasks will be complete.
