Commissioning-Completion-Database (CCD)

Used by the OAC and Commissioning Agent to document, manage and track the initial startup testing data and overall readiness of building systems and components. At the end of the project, the hospital will have a detailed documented history and records that can be downloaded into the facility’s computerized maintenance system.
