Timothy Schunk, Commissioning Project Manager

Background:

Tim provides over 20 years experience in commissioning project management and engineering of HVAC, BMS, Fire & Life Safety and Smoke Management systems. Tim is currently the Commissioning Project Manager for the state-of-the-art UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center in Westwood. Tim was chosen to lead this effort based on his systems interface knowledge and project management skills.

Tim has also provided commissioning engineering services with HTS at Kaiser Permanente's LAMC Sunset Project, and UCLA's Santa Monica Rebuild Hospital Project.

Prior to joining HTS, Tim was project manager of the Building Management and Fire Life Safety Systems at the Saint John's Healthcare Center Replacement Project in Santa Monica.

Tim's ability to work with diverse disciplines has enabled him to successfully manage the system startup and integration for projects in healthcare, pharmaceutical, computer data centers and military installations.
