Background:

Terry is a strong, results-oriented leader with exceptional communication skills. He has a demonstrated ability to establish strategic vision and implement change. He is responsible for HTS' Building Systems Commissioning business line and supports our Transition Planning projects.

Terry's experience includes leadership positions with hospital systems, project management for major hospital construction projects, and he has managed commissioning services for many clients including the Kaiser Los Angeles Medical Center, Kaiser West Los Angeles Medical Center, Cottage Health System, and the Saint John's Health Center. In all of these engagements, Terry lead the commissioning teams and insured that hospital systems and services met design intent and provided a safe, efficient and properly constructed environment in which to deliver patient care services.
