Lynn Aguilera

Background:

Lynn provides 15 years of healthcare experience and serves as a Project Manager for Transition Planning at HTS, LLC. She is responsible for coordinating the licensing process, curriculum development, developing and implementing new hospital and department specific education and training programs. Lynn coordinates the development and implementation of "Day in the Life" scenarios to support the Transition Planning Process.

Her healthcare experience includes clinical education and college-level teaching. As a Clinical Educator for Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier, she developed and organized clinical competencies, skills labs, computer based tests, and education on a unit based and hospital wide level.

Lynn is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN), Los Angeles Chapter, Society of Pediatric Nurses, and is a Certified Pediatric Nurse. She also received the 2005 Excellence in Nursing award as an Educator/Preceptor at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital (PIH).
