Leticia Gasca-Guerrero, Mechanical Systems Commissioning Engineer
Background:
Leticia has over seven years experience in constructions, project management, field installation and commissioning of hospital projects in Southern California. Her experience includes both OSHPD and non-OSHPD hospital construction projects, ranging in size from relatively small Radiology Center projects to the 700,000 square foot Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles.
She has independently managed multiple small projects from conceptual design through construction and testing phases. As a Project Engineer she has coordinated the work of the Architect/Engineer and Contractor Team, interfaced with hospital staff, and coordinated activities with City and State officials.
Leticia is currently involved with the Construction QC Program at Kaiser Permanente's Los Angeles Medical Center. She has performed MEP system documentation reviews, conducted QC field walkdowns, generated nonconformance reports and developed QC field reports for the owner.
Leticia's experience includes developing and managing commissioning coordination activities such as startup procedures, O&M Manuals and Equipment and System Checklists. She has also been responsible for updating various databases that tracked the progress of essential elements in Saint John's Health Center multiphase Replacement Project.
