Kelly Guzman, Executive Director
Background:
Kelly provides 20 years of healthcare experience. As Transition Planning Director for the UCLA Westwood Replacement Hospital Project, she coordinated the selection, procurement and installation of major medical equipment, furniture, patient and staff moves, orientation and training, licensing, marketing and information technology.
Kelly developed and organized the transition planning department along with coordinating a $54 million dollar transition budget. She created and orchestrated transition committees including the infrastructure and charter development of the respective committees.
She successfully developed and implemented a process for review and selection of medical center occupancy consultants, move manuals, licensing tracking forms, critical path schedules which served as the agenda to track deliverables for the respective transition planning committees.
