Jeff Agner, Software Development & Logistics Project Manager

Background:

Jeff is a software development Project Manager for HTS' online database application, FreightTrain™. His projects include the development of the Room Completion Database (RCD) and the Occupancy Planning Module (OPM). He serves as a Project Manager to implement and support the Logistics Process.

As the HTS Project Manager responsible for the assessment, development, and rollout of the Room Completion Database (RCD), Jeff worked with UCLA's Logistics and Transition Planning departments to optimize the fit-up process and specify the software functionality required to support that endeavor. Jeff also collaborated with the Furniture, IT, and Equipment Planning department heads to ensure that the RCD software tool integrated seamlessly with the project.

Jeff's healthcare background includes three years at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. He served as support staff for the Transitional Care Unit, Radiology Department and Emergency Care Facilities. Jeff is recently completed UCLA's Certificate in Healthcare Management and Leadership program.

In addition to his efforts to advance healthcare project management and transition planning technology through HTS' FreightTrain applications, Jeff is a board member of the Southern California chapter of the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Southern California Chapter.
