Background:
Becky is an experienced nurse executive with over 20 years of healthcare experience and serves as a Project Manager for HTS, LLC. She is experienced in the restructuring of patient care services including the implementation of staffing matrices & models, redesigning of job descriptions, implementing standards of care and overhauling internal systems. She has managed the operations component for the installation of computerized inpatient bed-tracking and patient tracking.
Expertise includes restructuring emergency services to improve throughput and patient satisfaction while upgrading clinical competencies as well as redesigning the facilities environment and introducing technology.
Her healthcare experience includes administrative positions with responsibilities for emergency services, critical care, telemetry, acute care, interventional and nursing administration.
Becky is experienced with preparation of teams for various accreditation surveys including: The Joint Commission, CMS, C-DPH, STEMI and Los Angeles County Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics.
As the interim CNE for an inner city community hospital, Becky was responsible for the patient care functions of the budgets, capital planning, strategic planning and transition plan for moving into a new six-story, acute-care patient tower. Becky provided leadership for the patient care move transition planning committee. She coordinated all of the departments' move assumptions and all clinical area plans to move into the new tower.
